Good Open Day
The open morning went well with a few quality visits. Many thanks to all the parents and others who helped out and for Mr Spickett for organising. Well done to the pupils who showed people around the school and did such a first class job.

Next Week
On Monday eight pupils will be travelling to York for the North Yorkshire Chess Mega Final. Good luck to them chasing the 4 points they need to qualify for the Manchester Giga Final and their age group titles.
On Tuesday Year 5 and 6 visit the ‘Jesus Laughing’ art exhibition for which there are posters around the school.
On Thursday the girls have an athletics match at Gateways (3.30pm) and on Friday there is a home rounders match with Wakefield Tutorial college (mixed teams, 2pm at Gledhow field).
Don’t forget Monday is a Bank Holiday and the school will be closed.
